Terms and Conditions – 44pk Online Betting Platform Pakistan

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document:

To register and use 44pk, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 44pk does not permit minors to register accounts or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, nominee accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 44pk employee or contractor.
• You must not have a previous 44pk account that was closed, suspended, or terminated by 44pk for any reason including breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in Pakistan.
• Your use of 44pk must be for personal entertainment purposes only and not as part of any professional betting syndicate, arbitrage operation, or organised group betting scheme.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one 44pk account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any other identity — is a serious breach of these Terms. If 44pk identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended immediately, any pending withdrawals will be voided, and any bonus funds or winnings earned through the duplicate account may be forfeited in full.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. 44pk will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at support@44pk.best. Any activity carried out on your account before you notify us of unauthorised access remains your responsibility.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

44pk may request identity documents at any point — CNIC copy, proof of address, or proof of payment method — as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

44pk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are denominated in PKR. We do not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or anonymous payment methods.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and may be adjusted for VIP members. Please refer to the Payments section of the platform for current limits specific to each payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day for verified accounts. Requests submitted after 10:00 PM PKT may be processed the following business day. 44pk does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Source of Funds

By depositing into your 44pk account you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are not using 44pk to launder money, circumvent any financial regulations, or conduct any activity that could constitute financial crime under Pakistani law.

5.1 Bet Placement

Bets are only accepted when confirmed via the bet slip on the 44pk platform. A bet is considered placed only once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets placed verbally, by email, or through any channel other than the platform itself are not valid.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake on any single bet is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event type and may be subject to change. 44pk reserves the right to restrict maximum stake limits on individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest professional or syndicated activity.

5.3 Odds and Market Changes

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet. 44pk is not responsible for any changes to odds that occur while you are in the process of placing a bet but before confirmation is received.

5.4 Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a match or event is postponed before it begins, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If a match is abandoned after kick-off or the scheduled start, settlement rules depend on the point of abandonment and the specific market. As a general rule, bets on outcomes that have already been determined before the abandonment will stand, while bets on undecided outcomes will be voided. Specific rules for cricket, PSL, and football abandoned matches are set out in the individual sport rules available in the 44pk help centre.

5.5 Errors and Technical Failures

44pk reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price that was clearly a system error or data feed failure. In such cases, stakes will be returned in full. If a technical failure affects the settlement of bets, 44pk will investigate and settle bets based on the best available official data for the event in question.

5.6 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. Due to the real-time nature of live betting, 44pk reserves the right to suspend markets at any time. Bets placed during a market suspension will be voided. It is your responsibility to ensure you are placing bets on the correct live event and market.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New 44pk members are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 25,000. The welcome bonus carries a 5x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. Welcome bonus funds must be used within 30 days of being credited or they will expire.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Qualifying bets for wagering purposes must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (evens) or higher. Casino games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements depending on the game type. The contribution rates for all games are detailed on the Promotions page.

6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion

Each Member is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Multiple accounts created to claim the same promotion constitute fraud and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as potential account suspension.

6.4 Referral Programme

The 44pk Refer a Friend programme awards Rs 500 to the referring Member and a 100% welcome bonus to the referred Member upon the referred Member's first qualifying deposit of at least Rs 500. Both accounts must complete identity verification. Self-referral — using your own link to create a second account — is prohibited and will result in both accounts being suspended.

6.5 Promotion Amendments

44pk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Promotions page and, where material, via email or in-platform notification. Promotional terms always take precedence over general bonus terms where there is a conflict.

The 44pk casino section is governed by these Terms as well as the individual game rules provided by each game provider. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules apply for that game only.

All casino outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). 44pk does not manipulate game outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to the same fair play standards. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slots are publicly documented in the casino help section.

Casino play using bonus funds is subject to wagering requirements. Not all games contribute equally to clearing bonus wagering. Jackpot games are typically excluded from bonus play. The contribution table is available on the Promotions page.

44pk is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Betting and casino play should be entertainment — and we provide tools to help Members stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account at any time from your account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Configure session reminders to receive alerts after a chosen period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which you will be unable to log in or bet.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or indefinite self-exclusion through our support team. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period requested.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 44pk and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity, with the intention of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated group betting that exploits promotional offers or odds discrepancies.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other non-human means to interact with the 44pk platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion with other Members to manipulate in-play betting markets or casino game outcomes.
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name, or processing transactions on behalf of another person.
• Any attempt to launder money, circumvent KYC procedures, or conduct financial fraud through the 44pk platform.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to operate your account.
• Engaging in any conduct that could be considered harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward 44pk staff or other Members.

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the 44pk Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• We collect only the personal data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, and process transactions.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• We may share data with third-party payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to operate the platform.
• All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. You have the right to request access to your personal data held by 44pk.

44pk provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous and reliable service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruption, error, or data loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 44pk's total liability to you in connection with these Terms, your account, or any bet placed shall not exceed the total amount held in your account at the time the liability arose.

44pk is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any financial loss resulting from a technical failure, odds error, or service interruption. It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient funds in your account before placing bets and to review your bets carefully before confirming them.

44pk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was published. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you should withdraw any funds from your account and close it before the changes take effect. To close your account, contact support at support@44pk.best.
